• The security.
• Did not get the king room I reserved, got a queen,,charged for parking,,no microwave or refrigerator.

“I was expecting a lot more than this hotel offered. Being charged 20 plus a day for parking is ridiculous for their guests. I also reserved a king, was told I had to take a double queen when we got there. I have stayed in many hotels that their prices were way less, but I got a suite with two TV's, microwave, kitchen, free bottled water, all the coffee I requested, extra towels, along with a swimming pool, exercise room etc. This hotel was a real disappointment.”

• Best hotel fitness center I have been!
• Nothing at all!

“I have been a repeated customer at this hotel...is the spacious fitness center that attracts my visits here. They have a big swimming pool and tanning area as well that I didn't know. Parking garage is easy to get in and out of with two different entrances. Walking distance to local mall, shops, and restaurants. December is the time to stay downtown where all the Christmas lights are decorated.”

• Fantastic location.
• Was put in a room in the "tower" next door.

“Very nice hotel and staff. Great location right on the 16th Street Mall. My room was in the adjacent tower building next door to the main hotel. Although connected with an enclosed bridge over the street I felt a little disconnected from the lobby, etc.. Had the feeling that I was put in this less desirable building because I was using Priceline (just a feeling and probably not accurate), but got such a great price that it was OK with me. Still clean, quiet and comfortable...and did I mention it's in a great location?! I'd definitely stay at either building again with no complaints.”

• Location, clean.

“You do not get a room with any view, you get rooftop generators to look at, keep the curtains closed and go enjoy the attractions of the city.”
