• Great price, clean rooms, accommodating staff.

  too old & small, bathroom fan was
  too noisy.

“The hotel needs a few upgrades; TV, extra pillows, blankets, drinking glasses in the kitchen. Also no shampoo, or lotion. Front desk person was not at the front desk when I arrived, nor was there a bell to summon them. Luckily I had the hotel phone number to call to get someone to the front desk, that was odd. Also no explanation from front desk person the hotel routine of room service etc.”

• Price, convenience, full kitchen.
• Food smell in room from previous guest. Heater didn't work correctly.

“I had a good overall experience. My room smelled the first couple of days after I moved in but I bought a couple of candles to remedy the problem. Also the heater was broken, when I turned it on there was a burning smell that activated the smoke alarm.”

• Staff is very helpful and friendly.
• The Bed is extremely uncomfortable!

“This hotel is not equal to the other Extended Stay America Hotels. The beds in other Extended Stay are more comfortable. This hotel needs to update the beds for comfort. They are as hard as a rock. You might as well sleep on the floor! Other than the beds, the hotel is clean, friendly and the location is convenient to shopping, dining and the 10 freeway.”

• It was well equipped fridge, microwave, etc.
• No computer available for guests.

“It was in an excellent location, nearby to shopping, etc. Had a Laundromat on premises and Showtime on cable. Good value for the money.”

• Economy box with bed & shower, that's all we needed it for so we didn't expect much.
• Right next to the freeway. The diesel trucks were very loud.

“Looking for a cheap place to stay, this is it. No frills. Clean sheets, clean towels. The facility was as clean as can be expected for a transient hotel.”

• Convenient location, kitchen.
• No facilities of any kind.

“This hotel was okay for our needs but there were no amenities at all. No housekeeping, no night staff, no fitness equipment and no pen or paper. We ran out of soap and Kleenex just in our short two nights there. The guest in the next room had the TV blasting and kept us awake, the first night-there was no staff available to complain to.”

• Nice place, these are good extended stay hotels.
• I had to wait 45 minutes for a desk clerk, despite contacting the company three times.

“Good place, great discount rate for me. But the lazy sleeping desk girl should be fired.”
