• The breakfast was great! Rooms were large and bed amazingly comfy.
• I did not like that it wasn't rated 5 star. Beautiful Hotel all around!

“Everything about our stay was Amazing. The hot tub was perfect, the pool clean, the room seemed brand new. Everything down the paint on the walls was spotless. The staff was overly friendly, and the breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts I've had in the past. 5 Stars all around!”

• Loved the pool, and the buffet breakfast was great & free!
• Some of the front desk help were not very experienced.

“Really enjoyed our stay...my husband and I (we were there for 5 nights) Going back this week..my husband is working in the area of the hotel. Enjoyed the pool, the courtyard, and the free breakfast buffet was great. Also the rooms are very nice, lots of room. Free internet, free parking, and a microwave & refrigerator were in every room. We had a very pleasant stay.”

• The beds were extremely comfortable and the room itself was clean and well equipped.
• They were renovating the first floor and workers were in and out of the hallways with carpeting and supplies.

“The room was very nice and had very comfortable accommodations. We were a little upset that they lost power in the night and it remained out for several hours, making the room quite warm with no air conditioning. Also being without TV and lights was not fun. However, if that hadn't happened, we'd have nothing negative to say about that hotel. Very nice for the price.”

• Staff was helpful, shower was fantastic, breakfast buffet was beyond expectation, pool and outdoor patio areas were lovely.
• Nothing.

“Two night stay to pick up son from APG. Staff was friendly and very helpful with directions to local attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The patio are with the screened gazebo was a very nice surprise. Breakfast included a waffle maker and muffins that even my 3 year old loved. Evening social hour included a taco bar. Workout room was convenient and well appointed.”

• The pool was great but, could have been heated. It would have been much better if the pool was heated.
• They removed the cont. breakfast too early! It was to be out till 11:00 am but they removed everything (even the coffee was empty!) by 10:00 am!

“It was a nice room. Other than that it was great. It was in a great location! Close to the aquarium & zoo. Staff was great & the breakfast (if they don't remove it before you get there) was good too. The pool was not heated & the Jacuzzi was really hot.”

• Good location.
• Fitness center open view from front enter door people can watch workout.

“I hated the exercise room location to open for anyone to watch you while you workout. Breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. which is to early for people of leisure travel 10:30 would be a better time for late sleepers on vacation since they don't sever lunch or dinner staff neither nice or mean.”

• The temp control in the room wasn't good.

• Easy access - very friendly staff.
• Bed and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

“The location was very nice - the atmosphere was relaxing. Rooms were clean, but the bed was incredible lumpy and hard as were the pillows. I thought it was just me, but when I spoke to my friend in the other room, she echoed my feelings. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was nice and filling.”

• Complimentary beverages in lounge.
• The attitude of the staff was terrible.

“This hotel is poppy. Literally, it¿s poppy. This hotel recently started a new dog policy without letting popular websites know such as hotels.com as well as the Wingate inn's very own website. This morning I woke to the sound of a dog fight right outside my door. The staff lied and told me there were no dogs allowed down the hall I was staying. The staff was very rude when I complained about the dogs. I am never coming here again. .”

• Clean.
• Noise at night after 2am.

“The hotel looks like any other, but the staff was helpless when it came to controlling the teenage guest in one room. It was clear that kids had secured a room and spent the night drinking and being very loud in the halls and outside the building. The walls both interior and exterior were not able to keep the noise out of the rooms. Repeated calls to the front desk did not have any effect.”

• The cleanliness and friendly staff.
• Can't think of a thing!

“Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful. The room was large and clean. Did not use the pool or spa but looked spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was far beyond a continental style. This hotel should be rated at least three stars if not more.”

• The exceptionally friendly and professional greeting upon my arrival.
• There was not anything I did not like on my visit.

“The area was nice, it was clean, there is a pool, a game room, large screen TV in the lobby area, gazebo in the back with an area to sit and relax, refrigerator and microwave in each room, the staff was very professional.”
