• Clean and tidy, enormous beds and modern bathrooms.
• A few language problems.

“Excellent value for money and family friendly hotel.

staff extremely efficient and helpful although a few problems with language occurred.

• Massive bed. Lovely bathroom. Very smart bar/lounge area.
• Trains running from 5am about 50 ft from my window. Reception staff unable to give directions to hotel when questioned (I was lost).

“The only problems were as stated above. I cannot emphasise how nice the room etc was. I had problems reaching the hotel the night before. I phoned the reception asking for directions and the reception staff had no idea where the hotel was, despite me asking very simple questions i.e. are you outside the M25 or inside the M25?

The MAJOR problem with my stay was the trains running from 5am a very short distance from my window. This is clearly a very busy line with trains every few minutes. I was unable to sleep after 5am and was consequently very tired for my conference. It is this fact that ruined my stay. I would definitely recommend that information about this be available for people to see. I will be submitting a formal complaint.”

• Clean room, comfortable bed, good facilities.
• Needed option of more pillows. Had dinner in the restaurant and found that some of the food was not heated through enough, was slightly off putting

• Good size room well presented and modern. Nice services downstairs.
• Ensuite looked good but very cold - freezing slate floor and no heater/towel rail.

“Overall very impressed, and I am hard to please, so take that as a compliment. Will be staying again as need to attend conference every four months at least.”

• Heated mirrors! Big towels and hot, strong shower. Huge bed!
• Staff attempting to book a taxi for us were friendly but not very sensible.

“Huge bed, very comfortable. Small but very clean, modern bathroom with plenty of big towels and a great shower. This hotel has gone the modern way - no soaps, shampoos, etc, but those generic soap dispensers with all-in-one soap/shampoo/conditioner that just isn't the same as the real thing. Quiet location. Staff tried to book us a taxi and managed to be slightly inefficient and we had to walk. Overall very good value for money and we'd stay there again.”

• The staff were professional,the room was clean & modern finally the bathroom was divine.
• The location was right,parking was free the whole hotel was so modern.

“The Day hotel was very clean and modern from the reception area, lobby, restaurant and bar. The room was very clean with air conditioning and heating.The furniture was clean Mirrors gallore and the bathroom was so hygenically clean, modern and bright.”
