Informal and sophisticated hospitality in a villa by the sea, not far from Ortigia. The villa has been completely restored and adapted to hospitality activities to offer our guest every comfort. This delightful villa has been recently renovated and decorated to a high standard to provide comfortable B&B accommodation in a central location. It is situated overlooking one of the marinas in Siracusa. As well as the six B&B rooms, which have been tastefully decorated and furnished, it also offers a communal lounge,a solarium terrace overlooking the sea and access to the sea. Six comfortable rooms on the Ionian Sea, air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV and Internet ADSL. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly into a large open plan lounge furnished sofas, occasional seating and a table and chairs. The windows from the room offer sea views and access to a large balcony. A staircase leads up to the terrace on the first floor, which has been furnished with sun chairs, sun loungers and sun shade. There are further steps leading down to the B&B accommodation or alternatively there is a lift service.[less]

A welcoming hotel keeper, a delicious breakfast, the sea-overlooking balcony in the bedroom, the quietness of the place ! It was so great I just long to return...
The parking is a bit difficult, but the owner is doing her best to keep it simple.

The best spot i siracusa. Yoy almost live on the sea.
The breakfast could have been more smooth.

“Overall this is a very nice place to stay. You get the best service ever. We had forgotten our driving licenses and Sabrina at the hotel followed us to a car rental place. She offered her driving license so that we could get a car out.Thanks a lot S! Good”

Excellent view, very nice staff, good service.
poor breakfast. rather noisy room

“This is a real nice hotel. Quiet with friendly staff, nice rooms with great view on the sea.
The rooms are a little noisy, you hear the adjacent room.
In Sicily they eat sweet for breakfast, so that is all there is...the coffee is great.”
