• Location.
• No refrigerator in the room.

“It was a good experience. Good hotel, friendly helpful staff. The hotel was a bit in disrepair and you won't be impressed by the accommodations, but it was nice enough and a pretty good location.”

“Overall a decent value even at full price. However 1 of the sleep number beds in the room did not work, which we did not realize until late evening. Staff never asked at check out how our stay was.”

• The pool.
• Staff was not good. 15 minute wait while she took a personal call.

“Would not consider this a 4 star hotel. Great location for historical actractions and restaurants. But the staff was inconsiderate to my children.”

• The beds were comfortable. The room looked nice, Wi-Fi in room was good. The restaurant food was good. The pool area was nice.
• It rained part of the time we were there and our room stayed very humid. Neither the AC or heat would dry out the air. Everything felt damp.

“Very nice room, handy to downtown Plymouth. Staff was helpful. The only complaint I have is the inadequacy of the air conditioning system to dehumidify the air. Everything stayed damp during our stay.”

• Very noisy, no soundproofing at all, no complimentary water bottle or breakfast.

“The hotel is good for a family with kids because of the waterfront location and the pool. You hear every sound in the room across the hall. It was clean and very basic. Did not like the sleep number bed and the bedding. Went there for a romantic weekend - was really disappointed.”

• jacuzzi is clean but the jets are not.

“Clean, family friendly and 3 stars accurately describes it. Very enjoyable stay. Thankfully the pool was clean.”

• The hotel was across the street from the ocean and a short distance to the rock and Mayflower. Great location.

• Loved the restaurant.
• The hotel was virtually empty, yet I got stuck in a room right next to a party of 8-10 people in several rooms, partying until 2am

• Room was clean and comfortable; Wi-Fi worked well, good shower pressure.
• Coffee maker was cracked; almost couldn't get it to work.

“Within easy walking distance of very charming Downtown Plymouth, the Mayflower replica and Plymouth Rock. One "sleep number" bed didn't work, but we didn't adjust the one that did, anyway, and had a comfortable night's sleep. Room and bathroom were both clean. If you want something quaint or on the water, this isn't it (we could see the water, but you're not "on" the water) but it is a very satisfactory hotel.”

• Convenient- Staff helpful - Felt very safe.
• Updated beds and linens not on lowest level.

“Pleasant hotel for the price paid. Free appetizers in the lounge were a nice treat. Pool and Jacuzzi were great after a long day of work.”

• Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Amazing location and the most comfortable sleep number beds.
• Only wished it had oceanfront or ocean view rooms. Otherwise, a flawless experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a 24 hour fitness room, full service restaurant, an attractive indoor pool, wireless internet, a terrific location right in the heart of the waterfront even adjustable, luxurious sleep number beds. You can't go wrong.”
