• Location, housekeeping.
• Absolutely everything else about the hotel.

“I would definitely not recommend this holiday inn. exercise room ceiling very low, pool unusable due to extremely high chlorine vapors causing people to cough and have burning eyes, high speed Internet not reliable (it was down 95% of the time during my stay), room card key had to be reprogrammed several times with no explanation, window in the room would not close completely, Sunday breakfast was a very unpleasant experience, the front desk staff claims that the restaurant isn't run by holiday inn (we went to georges across the street and it was great), no smoking rules were not enforced by the hotel even after the issue of people heavily smoking in the room next to mine was brought to their attention (my room was on a non smoking floor). ”
