“Decent for a three star, if you upgrade, but it
is kind of
dirty. Some decent lake views can be romantic.”

“Layout is more like a very large motel than a hotel. Outlying buildings have rooms that are less nice, but main building rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. My final room overlooked the pool and a small man-made lake. The Sleep Number beds were quite comfortable, but I found them cold at night. The room heater was unable to bring room to a warm enough temperature in winter at night. I had to change rooms twice, something I rarely request, because of wonky door lock and very noisy neighbors. This facility is evidently used as a military entrance processing station, so stays when the hotel is full of recruits my be less desirable. For the price on Priceline, this was an excellent deal.”

“Bathrooms were dirty and walls were so thin
I can hear the family and couple next door. I did not sleep well.”

“A GPS or Map quest helps to find this hotel because it is not on the beaten path. Very quiet, ample parking. All in all a good value and a great place to stay.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the room. We went there for a Rotary Foundation dinner. Fortunately for the hotel, not many of the Rotarians stayed overnight. We come from the far end of our district. Definitely not up to Rotary standards. If more had stayed over, more would have been affronted. I was especially disgusted with
smoke in a smoke free room. We took the room to avoid hassle and a long drive home when we were tired. Bad smoke!”

“Each room has sleep number beds so you and your partner can both be comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful with a huge pond with a fountain in the middle of the property. If you get a room with the view you'll love stepping outside in the morning (or looking out your window) and seeing that in your "front lawn". This place is great, even the towels are nice and soft compared to other hotels in the area with these rates. Also what I found that benefited me was the computers located in the lobby that are for guests only, I was able to print out my college assignment for free and no one was hassling me to get off even though I had been there for a little while. The wi-fi is free (w/ a room of course) and really fast perfect for those business travelers!”

“My parents would love this hotel as most of it is single-level hotel rooms, like a "Motel," where you park your vehicle right outside your door - no stairs or elevators to deal with. I'm betting rooms would be noisy if there were people on either side, but the night I stayed was quiet; my closest neighbors were 2 rooms away. There was a superb big-screen HD TV in the room and coffee maker.”

“The fact that this hotel has 3 stars is an absolute joke. Do not bring children to this hotel, it is used by ladies of the night and the walls could not be thinner. This is an old motel with a fancy name and a flat screen TV.”

“When we arrived, the hotel required a credit card for security. The only card I carry is Chase (obviously a major CC) and they would not take it because it is a theft deterrent card with no raised letters/numbers.”

“Hotel was disappointing for a three star rating. We arrived at 4pm, the check in time, to find only one front desk agent. The person assisting us was professional, but not very friendly or accommodating to another guest who had an issue using their credit card, but then again, the guest was a bit rude and obnoxious. All in all, lobby service was okay, despite the long wait to get into our room. We were denied a king bed and given two queens, because they "ran out". Later that night, we went to the pool to find it was very dirty, so we went into the hot tub, which was also just okay. The small lagoon at the center of the hotel makes up for the motel atmosphere. The sleep number beds were amazing, and made up for everything else that went wrong, but if I wanted a room just to sleep, I would have probably just gone to a two star. It was an okay experience for the price we payed on Priceline.”

“This motel has obviously been around for decades. I imagine it was once a nice place to stay. However, after decades of adding on, there are so many buildings on the grounds, that it was literally a five minute drive to get somewhere close to my room from the lobby. The room was in poor condition. The furniture was well worn. Then the sleep number bed in my room was loud when filling it with air. So loud in fact, I could hear those same beds in other rooms during the night. Not to mention, this bed was so wore out that it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The pool was full of debris and dead bugs. Obviously, it had not been cleaned for several days.”

“Looked more like a Hotel 8. Room was on ground level. Felt unsafe. Ugly pink buildings which looked cheap. Bugs in room.”

“ Stay could have been better if the front desk was more friendly and attentive, beer bottles were left in front of my room...it was very slow someone should have seen this, took them several hours to remove them. Bartender was very nice and salvaged my stay. .. ”
