• Spacious room, and comfortable beds.
• Ice machine didn't work, cleaning product left in bathroom around young children, room near all night squeaky elevator.

“Very nice historical hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice room. We had two rooms and one was more spacious than the other with a couch bed, the other had a ottoman. One of my kids had these little bite looking marks on his skin but I couldn't seem to determine that it had anything with the room cause he was the only one, but he slept in a bed by himself.”

• It was a block away from where I wanted to go to services. It was very nice, and the staff were so very friendly.
• It was starting to show some ware--like in the carpets in the halls and elevator, for example, but still very nice.

“The stay was wonderful, but we were so busy we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked to. I was very disappointed because is said that I could extend my stay, and I tried a number of times to do so, but was not allowed. Therefore, I ended up moving.”

• Beautiful old hotel.
• Room location. Smelled moldy. Lobby bar,

“Was given a room overlooking the inner courtyard. The room was also right next to the vending machines on the floor. Ice machine could be heard all night. Air conditioning was very noisy at times. I don't think the hotel was even close to being full so I felt I should have been given a better room. I've never used Priceline before. I admit the rate I received was good.”

• The staff was unbelievable.

“This hotel was excellent. We knew it was going to be a great experience from Valeting our car, the swift check-in, the getting directions to where we needed to go from the staff and the friendly atmosphere of people. The room was spacious and we wish we had another day to stay in the hotel.”

• Room was warm and the AC would not cool it down.

“Very nice hotel and convenient to a lot of attractions / restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was warm as the AC was not capable of cooling it down even on the lowest setting of 60 degrees.”

“Could not have asked for a better location and for a better group of people which worked at the hotel. Customer service was the best. I heard the word hello at least fifty times. Free USA Today and local newspaper.”

• The hotel staff was very nice and asked if we would prefer a King instead of two Queen beds. Room was very spacious and clean.
• $18 dollars a night to park.

• Older hotel downtown, kept up, clean, nice, and convenient for us.
• Breakfast buffet had a very good selection of foods, but food was only warm when sitting down to eat. Was disappointed.

“Hotel was nice,clean, & friendly personnel. The breakfast buffet was very nice with great variety of foods, but by the time you got to your table the food was warm. By the time you were nearly finished eating, the food was cold. I was very disappointed. Next time I might order off the menu. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“Overall the Hilton is a nice (older) hotel. The decor in the rooms needs to be updated. The car was always available from valet promptly. The hotel bar area was great and the staff there was delightful.”
