• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The hotel is in a sketchy town; there was racial stress outside the hotel.

“We stayed at this hotel on the anniversary of racial riots and during a religious holiday. Police and security were all around. However, the hotel staff was particularly helpful when the restaurants closed because of security reasons. The hotel clerk ordered food for us and aided us in other ways. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. It isn't their fault they are in a dodgy part of town.”

• Room was clean, adequate decor, everything worked.
• Traffic noise early in the morning [ then agian it was city centre]

“Good value for money, accomodation was clean and all fitting worked [good shower], decor was pleasant. Next time I stay I will request a room at the back of the Hotel to aviod disturbance from traffic noise.”
