• The initial view.
• Service, very disappointing.

“If an executive had a cat (or hamster) to hand they would have been hard pushed to swing it safely and any chance of romance was lost by the view over the roof into the hotel offices. Very depressing, over-rated and very expensive.”

• The hairdressers are friendly.
• Hotel and leisure club staff rudest you can meet.

“I use the facilities at this hotel and the staff are incredible rude, inflexible, ignorant and arrogant, they forget they work in a service industry, one even muttered an insult under his breath as I walked away having asked a question about the rules at the health club.”
