• Nice luxurious hotel well located near heath row airport with good amenities - Overall a Happy experience.
• One of the front office staff - an elderly lady was not so nice - wish i had her name - compensated who was great!

• The staff were very friendly.
• Unfortunately this hotel had smoking rooms and the halls smelled awful.

“We were only here overnight before catching our flight back home from Heath row. It was excellent for that purpose. The food and drinks in the bar were delicious and high quality. Our room did not smell of smoke, thankfully, but the hallways did. This is an older building but they have done the best they can with it.”

• Excellent room size, and lovely comfortable beds.
• £30 for Internet access. Highway robbery.

“All in all, a lovely hotel as far as rooms, swimming pool, location. Food served at bar was forgettable but service was terrific. It amazes me that luxury hotels are more likely to charge for internet access, though [and wired, at that!]. Come on the budget hotels offer free wi-fi!”

• Upscale, friendly, convenient, affordable and
  great value! Loved it!
• Nothing. I hope to stay here again in my next trip.

“I had to take pics it was so luxurious. I have a lot of food allergies and they helped me with a modified buffet in the morning. It is 2 mi from LHR, but I never heard a plane. Wonderful amenities, Wi-Fi, luxurious mattress and duvets. I hope to stay here again!”

• Dinner in the bar was the best meal in London, and reasonably priced.
• Shuttle from airport was 4 GBP, but all hotels charge the same.

“Modern, clean, used by many flight staff from Heathrow. No restaurants in walking distance, but the hotel bar restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced- for London standards. We would stay here again, no problem.”

• Shuttle to the airport has a very long wait time and is often crowded.

• I liked the tea service in the room, and the added biscuits. The bathroom was clean and nice.
• The transition space to the elevator forced me to walk past the gift shop and restaurant. It is not very calming or relaxing.

“From a design standpoint, the layout needs some reworking. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I would stay again.”

• The staff was extremely friendly, the shuttle bus from the airport to hotel runs frequently.
  
• This is tough because my stay was pleasant: The rugs smell old and bathroom grout needs to be redone.

“I really enjoy my stay here; I’m not what some may refer to as an experienced traveler however the transition from airport to the hotel is very easy the atmosphere is very peaceful (which I love). The Bar and restaurants are clean and have polite waiter staff. The rooms are the same clean and comfortable. The only complaints I would have would be the carpets in the main halls and grout in the bathrooms all need to be replaced they’re bringing an old smell.

“The H1 shuttle from the airport, supposedly running a couple of times an hour, was a little unreliable, but at 4 pounds was far better than the taxi at 25 pounds in traffic.”

• Close to Heathrow Airport.
• Poor timeliness of airport shuttle & hard to get to the tube.

“It was better looking inside than out. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room quality and cleanliness was ok. Rooms a little small. Internet was wired (prefer wireless).”

• Room was spacious, bathroom had a bathtub, had tea kettle.
• Room service food was poor, communication with staff poor.

“This is a convenient hotel if you are leaving from Heathrow. The rooms are large and well equipped. There are no restaurants nearby, but the hotel breakfast buffet was pretty good. It gets very crowded so go early. I would say it is a family friendly hotel; kids eat free when you order a main. This is not true of room service although we were told that by a waiter.”

• Location. Very close to the tube station and places to eat.

“Basically a 3 star hotel. Can't compare to other London hotel, but definitely like a 3 star US hotel. The one thing which we didn't like at all was that they had twin beds sold as double beds. So if you are a couple, I would recommend taking a room with two beds. At least you can sleep well that ways. The bathroom was nice, big and clean as compared to the room. So that was good. The other good thing about the hotel is its location. Almost 1.5 block to the tube station and has some coffee/convenience stores nearby.”

• It is very conveniently located near to Heathrow from where we flew after we checked out.
• For two people, the room was tiny and located at the end of a long corridor along which we had to pull our luggage. Room lock did not work.

“Conveniently located near to Heathrow, but served by an erratic Hopper bus to the airport, this hotel offers clean if small rooms.”

• Great location to the airport; clean and spacious room.

“We liked the clean room and the location to the airport. The room was well lit and the in room service was quick and friendly. In the morning we got a good shuttle to the airport. My only surprise was that you had to pay for the shuttle. However, in England, even a second cup of coffee costs the same as the first! Otherwise, people were helpful, friendly and approachable. We were pleased at the quality room we got at a very fair price!”

“Were told by Crowne Plaza that there was a free shuttle to Heathrow, but instead it cost $8 per person each way. The hotel itself was great. It was clean, comfortable and nice. Would recommend it.”
