• The hotel had clean rooms, comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful with any request.
• Security lock on inside of door was broken.

“Very pleasantly surprised at the hotel in general. Very affordable and close to the highway and attractions. We slept wonderful and it was quiet at night. I would stay here again.”

• Room was large and very comfortable, breakfast included.
• A lot of things were not working like computer area and ice machine.

• Dingy face towel, for 2 days there was dried dead insects in bathroom, they did not sweep, bad vacuuming.

“If the room and bathroom were properly clean then it would have been great, specially since it was a handicap room, we hope when we come back the room will be clean.
We are looking forward to returning soon. Thank you.”

• Close to our Convention site.
• Pool dirty, restaurant closed down, rooms old.

“Older hotel no breakfast bar. Pool was slightly green. Doors to room extremely hard to open and close. Rooms could have been cleaner. Never restocked coffee for next days.”

• I didn't like this hotel at all.
• Had no towels 3 different times. Ran out of toilet paper when I needed it.

“This hotel was a very bad experience for me & my kids. On 3 different times I didn't have towels. Then I ran out of toilet paper when I need it the most & had to go down to the desk to get more. why wasn't it stocked. We were there for 9 days.”

• I didn't die there.
• Rooms smelled like urine and smoke. Hotel catered to unruly guests, and entry to rooms from parking lot made for sleepless nights.

“Parking lot is poorly lit and a butts run down properties. Guests resembled drug dealers with ghetto blasters. Staff was unconcerned and seemed burdened by request for directions to hotel. Heating unit howled like a dying animal, and the rooms smelled like pee.”

• Location. It was 18 miles from the location it listed.

“The hotel staff was ok. I wasn't able to stay at the hotel because it was 18 miles from the listed location. No concern whatsoever with my delima.”

• Room smelled musty. Bedding not cleaned properly. Needs updating. Bathroom not clean.
• Nasty

“A lower quality Quality Inn. Not clean and bedrooms smelled old and musty. Had to continually use air spray. Did not help. Paint chips all over the room walls. Bathrooms smelled and not clean. Needs overall renovation.”

• The staff as you walked in was very nice.
• The restaurant that was attached was horrible, the food, the service, and the price.

“It allowed me to rest my head, but I would not stay in another Quality Inn. There was not water pressure, the room would not keep a good temperature. The fixtures were coming off the wall. The food at the restaurant was nasty. The service was awful, they were very rude, and the prices were ridiculous.”

• The manager was very nice and did try to fix any problems.
• The rooms were not connected and they did not have a fridge or microwave as advertised.

“Good hotel for a business trip, not great for a family vacation. short on amenities, nice staffing.”

• I liked the price.
• Room was musty smelling.

“The hotel is located way from Disney and the traffic getting there is horrendous. Decent price though for those on a shoe string budget.”

• It was clean.
• Too far from all attractions, very hard to locate.

“Too far from attractions, hard to locate. Had problem's finding hotel, called hotel and staff was not helpful in giving directions. Had problems sleeping, car alarm went off at 2:00 am and continued for 15 minutes. Also noisy people in the rooms around us. Would not recommend this motel or stay here again.”

• Hotel is short of bathroom towels.

“It¿s a decent and clean hotel is better then what I expected, location is not the best if you go to an attraction park but it is mainly acceptable.”

“They treat me horrible, I never reserve a smoker room, they never ask me about that, when I complain about it they told me "it's not our business, that's no fair. Finally they change my room and the lady told me "I¿m not responsible if we charge you extra for this change, I said that I didn't mind¿s had a bad experience.”

• It was located in a vacation city-near Orlando.
• Hotel ran out of bath towels and did not offer any.

“The hotel ran out of bath towels. We were told that they were on order and should be in within a couple of days (after we check-out). I asked them if they wanted me to go buy some? They eventually found us 1 towel for a family of 4????”

• Hard to find, extremely dirty, disgusting, smelly, terrible location, awful.

“This hotel was so disturbing, I did not stay for more than 5 minutes, even though I had already paid for it. Instead, I drove two more hours, arriving home at 3am, in order to avoid staying at this hotel. It was crazy disgusting. Don't send anyone else to this hotel.”

• when we checked out.
• Unfriendly staff, dirty linen, bad plumbing, long drive.

“The hotel says it is 12 miles from the gate of Disney. it was over 20 with heavy traffic and lights. It sometimes took almost an hour to make the trip. The front desk could not give directions and did not want to, the room linens were dirty so they brought us new linens but we had to put them on ourselves, the plumbing was backup in the toilet when we got there, the front desk couldn't give us the phone number to their restaurant house keeping came into the room while we were sleeping every morning even with the do not disturb sign on. This was on of the worst hotels we have stayed at. None even asked if we enjoyed our stay. When we checked out they just looked at me and said OK.”

• Staff very nice and helpful, room and bath clean, quiet, close to lots of chain restaurants.
• TV remote didn't work, commode ran the whole time, only one cup of coffee mix for 2 of us, bath fan rattled whole time, mattress uncomfortable.

“The only reason I wouldn't refer anyone to this motel is that it is too far from Disney and the other Orlando attractions. It was very hard for us to find, even with map quest, because it was so far away from where we came in on I-4. It was clean, the people were nice and it was quiet and those are the most important features!”
