• Excellent location, clean and very friendly staff.
• Missing continental breakfast - we were told that it's coming soon.

“We recently stayed at this hotel during a tournament with our team. Hotel is perfectly located within almost 15 - 20 minutes of major fields in the area. Most of our games were at Ankeney soccer fields which is just 5 miles. Staff and management were very accommodating to our requests so that we could enjoy World cup Soccer games. Continental breakfast is the only missing part at the moment but we were told that management is working on that. With that this would be the place for our future stays in this area. I strongly recommend this hotel.”

• Clean, fresh scent.
• Difficult to find, located near fire station.

“There were sirens throughout the night, but the room was clean and fresh. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast, but there were several restaurants within walking distance. The pool was outside, and the water was cold.”

• The staff was friendly accommodating, the hotel was clean and my needs were met.
• I wish they had entertainment and a place to dance.

“I wanted to take the time to share with everyone the improvements at the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel on many different occasions in the past and have been disappointed by this establishment. I recently stayed there and was amazed by the changes I have seen in every aspect of the hotel. I would like to especially mention that staff welcomed in such a way that I would want to return again. Staff was very professional as staff was sure that my stay there was very enjoyable and that all of my needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very accommodating place to stay either on business or pleasure.”

• Was located close to the speedway and was fairly nice.
• No complaints.

• Convenient location and quiet hotel.
• Very few guests at hotel and yet no king bed available. The two double beds were very uncomfortable!

“This hotel was just exactly at the right location for us. It was a nice hotel, although we wished it had an indoor swimming pool and a continental breakfast.”
