• Very nicely decorated and clean.
• The bed was very uncomfortable.

“I will not stay in this particular hotel again until they replace the mattresses. Myself and three co-workers stayed here and all of us had horrible mattresses. I left my stay there with lots of back pain and lack of sleep. The hotel is very nice. It's a shame they haven't invested money into quality mattresses.”

• Quiet A/C, great bedding, clean smell. Not covered up by spraying fragrance.
• Noisy guests in adjacent rooms.

“ Very nice hotel. Clean. No old moldy smell that you find in some hotels. On our third night the hotel surrounded us with a high school group in adjacent rooms. Complained once and they quited down but woke us up again at 2 AM. The main purpose of a hotel is to give us the tools to get a good night's sleep. On the third night that was not the case.
”

• The staff was very unprofessional. Especially the security.

“This was the worse hotel ever. The staff was rude and the security guard threated my husband and I to call the police on us because we was enjoying the evening talking in the parking lot. I will never stay here again. We are also a couple of color.”

• Good, comfortable bed, good room service.
• Smelled like a previous smoking room.

“Good hotel with restaurant in safe, convenient area. Nice beds. No jetted tub, no fridge in standard King rooms.”

• Appeared to be recently redecorated.
• No microwave, no fridge, could not get a roll away bed.

“While the hotel itself was clean and neat, it was definitely geared toward the business traveler. Travelling with a family of two children we always get leftovers at restaurants and there was no fridge or microwave in the room causing us to spend more money than usual. We also could not get a roll away bed for a double room.”

• Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff even at 12 am.
• The beds were less comfortable than expected.

“Great staff, good location, attractive hotel, but if your only concern is a really nice bed this hotel may disappoint.”
