“Old, refurbished kind of. Dark and hard to find at night. Night staff was trying to handle three calls and two customers when I arrived... understaffed and old. Certainly not up to the 3 star + rating Priceline gave it.”

“The hotel was easy to find, the sign in fast and the beds were so comfortable. Even though it was Wednesday night, we only heard 1 plane overhead. Very quiet. I recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Since I stayed at this same hotel a few years ago, they have done some GREAT renovations! The lobby, rooms and pool are all very nice. Staff was helpful. Location is great just about anything that you would need is within a mile or so.”

“Except for my final night when someone opened my door which was averted by the flip-lock, it was a good experience! I did not feel the security was very helpful - they dismissed it & just told me that there was probably another room with the same key. (Not very comforting! I did not feel their response was an appropriate one for a 75 y/o who was terribly frightened! Otherwise a great hotel & staff!”

“I was just looking for a place to stay the night, have access to free Internet and a clean place to take a shower. I named a price on Priceline thinking I'd get something like Red Roof Inn and was pleasantly surprised with chain I got. Even more surprised when I saw the room. Newly remodeled, nice furniture, very comfortable beds. I didn't notice it but my daughter said she noticed a smell. The only two things I wasn't happy with was that there was no mini-fridge and the wireless speed. In today's world, with everyone having laptops you need more than just a wireless connection. It needs to be fast. Plus, it kept dropping. Other than those two minor things I was very happy with it. We didn't use any of the facilities like pool, restaurant, etc. Just checked in, drove around to entrance closest to our room and went in.”

This hotel is under renovation. I would like to think that once completed it will be a great place to stay. My husband loved the hot tub. Because I asked we were given a room that was quite comfortable.

“Food service and restaurant staff impacted my satisfaction with this hotel. Restaurant had limited hours, and was not staffed appropriately for the number of people we had in our meeting - 150 plus. There was too much furniture in my hotel room. Two double beds, with a chair wedged between the bed and the window. You couldn't get to the chair or the floor lamp if someone was seated at the desk. There was a power strip taped to the desk for additional outlets, and there we a stain in the middle of the comforter - not very inviting! If in a pinch - I'd stay here again. But only in a pinch!”

“My CD player didn't work, I almost busted my head in the shower 2-3 times a day, cause there was no slip mattress! The breakfast wasn't served until 6:30, when every other hotel serves at 6. Out of 8 ice machines in the hotel(2 on each floor), only 1 worked! Valet was never around. Highly flaunted sleep system was 1 pair of cheap ear plugs, a 1 size does not fit all blind, and lavender spray for your pillows that smelled like alcohol. The pillow top bed was an old bed with a pillow top put on it. I had a much much better stay at holiday inn express.”

“Moved from first room - could hear next room very clearly. Large hair was left in the trash from previous guests and shattered light bulb in the nightstand light. Internet worked for first 4 hours of stay, went down for several hours. Front desk told us to call ISP tech's 800#. Spent 45 minutes on the phone for some guy who barely spoke English to tell me it was an Ethernet cable problem. Waited another 15 minutes for a new cable, and surprise, still didn't work. (Several other guests complained in the morning of same problem). My only positive of my stay - the food was amazingly good and the room service girl was very friendly and helpful.”
