• Clean and in a quiet location convenient to our college tours.
• When we checked in, the hotel clerk was very curt with us.

“My daughter and I found the location to be quiet and the room to be clean. No surprises except that the front desk clerk was very rude.”

• The lobby with TVs for guest to watch while drinking coffee. Newspapers available for guests.
• Noisy guests in next room. Walls are thin. I awoke early due to next door guests.

“I would stay here again, but I was expecting a bit more fluff due to the exclusive area where the hotel is located. It was clean. The staff was friendly. I would have appreciated a complimentary breakfast. The renovation of the lobby area is very nice and the best attribute of the hotel.”

• This hotel was a little far from my business training.

• Friendly staff and nice lobby area.
• Free coffee in lobby only during the morning. No free breakfast option. Food was overpriced for quality and amount served. Need microwaves in rooms.

• The restaurant staff was very courteous with reasonable prices and great service.
• Found hair in the bathtub, I only take showers at hotels.....but still gross(always travel with clorox wipes).

“The hotel was nice and somewhat clean. The rooms had nice flat screen TV's, the restaurant staff was very nice.”

• Location was great, lobby was excellent.
• Room was not as clean as last time I stayed in this hotel.

“The hotel overall is nice. My only complaint was that the room seemed a little dirty compared to other courtyards and even compared to the last time I stayed in this same hotel. The lobby upgrades are excellent.”

• Spacious bathrooms, good channels, loved the patio to sit out in the sun.
• Fewer breakfast choices.
