• The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.
• It seems like the hotel was falling apart, shower head loose.

“Its a good cheap place to stay. Staff is exceptional, Location is good. Hotel rooms need to be remodeled, there where issues with the state of the room while it was clean it could have been better. Bed was firm.”

• Friendly, clean, economical and
  quiet.
• Somewhat Rundown.

“ Inexpensive, clean with a friendly - helpful staff. Decent breakfast with good choice of items. We stayed for a week and found enough variety to keep us happy. Rooms are smallish, but the staff works hard to keep the place clean and in good repair. I am perplexed as to why the shower heads are so low. I had to aim the shower straight out and bend to wash my hair and I am average height. It was too early in the year for the pool to be open. As we travel to Lincoln for work twice a month, we will book here routinely. ”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was nice and clean.
• No cups for water and the shower faucet was low so i had to bend down to take a shower.

“After reading some of the reviews, wasn't sure what to expect. When we got into our room, had no complaints. The room was nicer than what I expected! The breakfast in the morning was better than a different hotel we stayed at before in Lincoln. They had cereal, fruit, danish's, muffin's, biscuits n gravy, juice, and milk. The only noise I really heard was from the airplanes going over, but the hotel was near an airport, so planes going over is expected!”

• Easy access off of I-80, easy access to downtown.
• Noisy (near interstate), drafty.

“Great for the rate. Room cozy. Beds ok. Good breakfast. Drafty rooms on north side.”

• Far from downtown - near the interstate, outdoor entrance.

• Service was excellent. The breakfast included biscuits and gravy.
• Everything was old but clean.

“The microwave did not work. Staff replaced it in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was clean but old. I would stay again.”

“Worth what we paid, was a clean nice place to sleep not much else in Lincoln neb., the sleepy bear curtains, bed spread, lamp shade and pictures on wall were a little I mean a lot.”

• People were so friendly and accommodating.
• Continental breakfast left much to be desired.

“I would stay at this motel again. We were very fortunate to get 3 nights at a great rate, especially considering that it was a football weekend.”

• Cannot think of anything.
• Stained ceiling & bedcovers.

“Worst place I've ever stayed: filthy, even had a sticker on the wall that a previous guest had peeled off of a new pair of jeans, the cleaning people (were there any?) missed it. My skin crawled when I left & I couldn't wait to find the nearest shower.”

• There were 3 pillows on each bed, and the internet service was great.
• One of the walls in the room has a huge crack in it.

“Overall this was a satisfactory room. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast which included biscuits and gravy. Yummy!”

• The staff was very friendly.
• There was mold in the bathroom. The rooms were not made up or cleaned each day.

“We stayed at the hotel for three days during a llama show. The bathrooms were moldy and the rooms were not made up each day. The maids did pick up the towels and we had to go to the office to get towels each day.”
