Staff went over and beyond for a need I had. Bed really comfortable.
Needed better directions to get there for the first time.

“Had to call to find it, but directions were very good and from a very kind voice. Room was clean and cool when I first arrived. That makes you kinda sigh and relax your shoulders and smile. Clean hallways, no complaints on the elevator or where they were located, ice machines on each floor, a 'pantry' that sold all sorts of food and drinks and some other necessities, soaps etc in the room were first class, and the friendliness of the staff was the best I have encountered for awhile. I didn't use the restaurant but they had a breakfast buffet I saw several people enjoying. Free cookies in the lobby!”

The atmosphere was good, made you feel welcome.

“The location was great, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and the room was nice. It felt clean, smelled clean and made me feel comfortable. The staff member that was on duty at breakfast was so nice; she is really an asset to your staff.”
