“Nice hotel. Close to the highway & Grand Canyon road. We had booked this hotel as our stopover to Grand Canyon. There are few fast food joints nearby. Would recommend.”

• The rooms were standard and comfortable.
• The brochure for the HBO show Hung on table for kids to see.

“Not bad overall. Breakfast was all carbs, would of liked to have seen more fresh fruit choices etc. Would stay again though. Very comfortable standard Days Inn.”

• Excellent hotel for the price!!!
• Nothing to complain about!

“we had the Executive room which was a King bed in a large room. Very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Considering the price versus what we got this is an excellent value.”

• Clean, lots of Ponderoso Pines near, convenient diner next door, nice continental breakfast.
• Not walking distance from town.

• The staff was very helpful.
• There isn't an elevator and having COPD made it very difficult to get upstairs to room as they didn't have any rooms on the ground floor.

“The rooms on the ground floor had very nice pillow top beds which were far better than the beds on the 2nd floor.”

• Very clean and a fair coffee break for the price.

“Clean room and bathroom, breakfast with two types of fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, juices and coffee/hot chocolate, fair for the price. I have been to other two Days Inn (Tulare and Fresno) and this one in Williams is way better than the others. In fact I do not recommend staying on the other two. Perfect location for someone visiting he Grand Cannyon and/or Route 66.”

• Quite and isolated.
• Broken entry door.

“If you need or just want a microwave or refrigerator, go elsewhere. A refrigerator is an important attribute to me. After checking in, I saw there was none in the room. I told the front desk about the problem and was told that all refrigerators were taken from the rooms. They gave me the run around that I could use the microwave in the dining room, or that I could use a refrigerator where breakfast items were stored, I explained that I wanted one very badly in my room, they brought a refrigerator. It was frosted up, so I know that it had not been in storage.”

• Close to a restaurant. Good breakfast.
• Requested non-smoker. Tried 2 rooms & both smelt of smoke.

“All was well except for the smoke smell in non-smoking rooms. Had to use air freshener as the lady at the front desk said all rooms smell of smoke due to other smoking rooms across the hall. Cannot believe this.”

• Nice western theme in lobby--friendly workers.
• The rear entrance doors didn't require a key/card to gain access--lots of warning signs in parking lot.

“Days Inn was okay--cable in room. Room was clean with AC unit. No fridge/microwave or ironing boards in room. Breakfast was okay--donuts/bagels, toast & cereal/oatmeal. Location is about 2-3 miles from Downtown Williams. Denny's is right next door. Service at Denny's was lousy--ended up leaving because no one would wait on me. Front desk was very helpful and pleasant.”

• The location is little bit far from grand canyon.

“The hotel is little bit far (40miles) from grand canyon which caused some inconvenience to us travel back and forth. Staffs are friendly and helpful.”

• Breakfast was a nice surprise, just standard light fare but worked great for us!
• Needs some updating.

“This is the old style hotel/motel and is right off RT 66, great location for a grand canyon visit.”

• Stupid staff, broken facilities.

“We had trouble from the beginning. Keys did not work, room was trashed, lights didn't work, headboard off wall, awful breakfast.”

• Everything was ready when we arriving to check in.
• The does not told us anything about the free breakfast and the other facilities of the hotel.

“The cleanness of the room was excellent. The room was comfortable and big (we use suite) we were visiting grand canyon national park and it is located at 40 min. They have laundry and dryer coins, and free breakfast until 9:30are and free coffee all the time.”

• I did request an additional pillow & received it promptly.
• I requested a non-smoking room & received a smoking room. There was no clock in the room.

• Very nice indoor pool, very close to train depot.
• Twice had to call out for service at the front desk, employee in back for too long.

“I reserved 2 rooms, one for my family, and one for the in laws. Both rooms were clean and had coffee makers, in laws had a fridge and microwave in their room. Continental breakfast was as expected; toast, English muffins, two cereals, donuts, muffins, coffee. But there is a Denny¿s right next to the hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The hotel is only a five minute drive from the grand canyon railway train depot.”

• Indoor pool.
• Non-smoking rooms were smoky.

“We had a non smoking room in a non smoking hall. However, other guests were obviously smoking in that hall as the hall was smoky smelling and could actually see smoke in hall. Reported to front desk, nothing done to resolve the issue. Wireless internet not working, desk didn't offer us another room with wireless.”
