• Nice view from balcony.
• Maintenance.

“The room was more expensive than it should have been, but we needed a hotel for the night. Parking was free though - so that was great. Toilet was clogged and was never fixed after we called late in the evening. The view from our balcony overlooked the swimming pool and could see mountains - very nice. Breakfast buffet was full spread and service there was excellent.”

• Swimming pool grounds were very attractive.
• Gargantuan TV right next to bed, should have been at the end of the bed so as not to crick your neck.

“Room was a little worn out, but was clean. I heard the person upstairs easily walking around. The TV was way too big for where it was located right next to the bed.”

• They took care of my problem immediately when I didn't like the first room.
• First room (labeled non-smoking) reeked of cigar smoke. I had to change.

“ The first room they gave me (labeled non-smoking) reeked of cigar smoke. When I told the front desk, they apologized and moved me immediately. The second room was better, but still smelled. They'd be better off if they made it a completely non-smoking hotel and enforced that since the windows don't open, but 2 inches. But other than that, the room was spacious and clean.

• Excellent accommodations for the price; very clean, comfortable, and quiet.

“The room was upgraded upon our arrival; the desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great flat screen TV. Our room was upgraded with a jacuzzi which was very much appreciated since we were there to watch our daughter play a college golf tournament. After walking all day watching, the jacuzzi was great for our sore and tired bodies! All in all, a wonderful stay!”

• The room was small and the furniture was arranged oddly, very crowded. Almost all the rooms had a balcony, yet they gave us one without.

• I liked the hotel's cleanliness & proximity to the freeway.

“We felt the Courtyard by Marriott was a good deal for the price. The bed was so comfortable, we overslept by an hour. Our room was immaculate.”

• There was no Ice on my floor. When
  i called they wanted me to go to 1 floor to get it at 3 am.

“The hotel needs to have better staff.
I should not have to go down to the first floor to get so ice the machine on my floor should have been filled before staff Left.”

• Like most Courtyards this one is comfortable and cost effective.
• I like Courtyard's with a bar. This one does not have one.

“Good location just off the 10 fwy. Apple bees next door for food and bev, fairly new property and good guest laundry.”
