• Thanks to you, the price was right! If I could get this price always, I'd travel more often!
• I wish they served a hot entree (eggs) with breakfast.

“The hotel is conveniently located in the Mission Circle area, close to all major freeways. The freeway noise however, doesn't affect the hotel because it's set back into the landscape. Staff was very helpful for many things including directions, restaurants and they had a business center in the lobby so I could check in my emails, google directions and print air tickets every day. My room was clean which was the most important thing to me! The price was right. Thanks to Priceline and thank you!”

• Breakfast bar was well done.
• Was told it was a non smoking room and yet there were cig burns on the headboard and bathroom counter. There was also a ashtray placed in the room for.

“I have stayed at several Ramada hotels and have always been lucky with my choice, but this time was a no go. I will not stay at this location again. I would not use the microwave in the room because the sides were pulled away from the frame, was told it was a non smoking room, smelled like cigarettes, had burn spots on head board and restroom counter top. The stairwell had a sign on it stating that it was to be closed at all times, but the door did not close at all after attempting to close it myself due to the fact that the wind was blowing and the door kept slamming.”

• Nothing, but easy to find off the freeway.
• The smell, torn old carpet.

“It was horrible and not a two star hotel. Carpet was so filthy.
I didn't chance walking on it.”

• Front desk staff.

“ We arrived between 2:00 - 2:30. Was told we could not check-in until 3 pm, and was told we should probably go out and not come back for a few hours. Having no where to go (we wanted to get unpacked and dressed for a family function at 5 pm) we sat in the lobby and waited and watched everyone who came in after us check in and get their rooms. I questioned why we had to wait, was rudely advised that is the policy. At 3 pm I went back to the front desk and was given 1 room I advised I reserved 2 rooms. The front desk staff was not friendly. And I felt like an inconvenience. ”

• Old, dirty, needs remodled very badly.

“Did not meet our needs, it was old, dirty and had a bad smell, I would not recommend it or stay there again.”

“It was ok, the parking situation was not very good, not enough spaces and the one's they had were too small, someone dinged my new Mercedes.”

• The pool and spa and the fact that there were security doors before going into your own room.
• The front staff person was insulting and rude, and the upstairs was very noisy.

“Does not have a continental breakfast, microwave, or refrigerator. It was a miserable trip with our three little ones as these were the amenities needed to have a comfortable trip.”

• Clean, friendly, easy to get to, VERY helpful staff.
• Not enough parking.

“Although the hotel had some age, the staff has done an excellent job of keeping the grounds and buildings in great condition. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the San Diego area.”

• The shuttle bus. That was a wonderful surprise!
• No hot water. Hotel was sold and heater was not turned up enough to keep up with the demand.

“The hotel was clean. We were delighted with the shuttle. It was quick and easy. The driver was get and knowledgeable of the area.”

• Easy access to main freeway.
• Rooms were smaller than others we've stayed in for the same or less money.

“Just an ok hotel. The rooms were small and outdated but clean which is most important. I can't say I would stay there again unless I did not have other options available.”

• The overall experience is excellent. Location, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness were top notch.

“This hotel exceeded our expectations. They had a beverage/cheese reception in the lobby when we arrived and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The restaurant and pub were an added bonus and provided excellent food, atmosphere, and fun. The location is excellent and the hotel shuttle will take you just about anywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The hotel was quiet.
• Staff was unhelpful and is not actually close to sea world despite the description.

“I felt quite dishonest and the manager was not willing to listen about why this was not okay. In fact when I complained about being overcharged he kicked us out and told us never to stay at the Ramada again. What is that? I don't recommend this hotel. Beyond this dishonest service the room smelled of sewage.”

• Clean, neat, convenient location.
• I did not eat at the Dinner House. They specialize in fish dishes. Very little steaks, Prime Rib, etc. Would have preferred variety.

“I am familiar with Hotel Circle in San Diego. It is relatively near the Marine Corp Recruit Depot. I was there to observe a recruit graduation ceremony. The hotel was ideal for my needs. It was clean, convenient, friendly staff.”

• 20 minutes after check-in, the staff called the room to make sure everything with the room was satisfactory.

“Overall, I found this hotel to be a disappointment for the price. It reminded me of staying in motel 6; would be the best way to describe it. Its appearance is old and rundown.”

“I was very impressed with the Ramada, I also stayed at Hilton, and I was not impressed, they did have great pillows though. I would recommend the Ramada; it's a great place to stay.”
