“When I walked in I was shocked that this hotel was only given 2 stars. The last 2 star hotel had holes in the carpet & curtains. The staff was very professional. The room was very nice. Great breakfast! Very nice indoor pool & spa! This was definitely at least 3 stars!”

• Location, cleanliness, complementary breakfast, soft bed.
• In room coffee pot would not work second day.

“Perfect location outside of the bay area to stay for our leisure/business trip. A short 45 minutes took us into the bay area. The bed was made with fitted bottom sheets that did not come loose when you slept! There was also a cozy comforter. Everything was pristine in cleanliness. Complementary cookies in the lobby in the middle of the day with available coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. A very enjoyable stay. We plan to return here.”

• There were no lamps in my room and the clock radio was not working or plugged in.

• Very friendly staff, quick check-in, tidy room, free breakfast, 20% discount on dinner across the street at Chevy's.
• My room was on the first floor with a window to the outside. Channel selection on the TV was very Fox news. No Public Broadcasting Service or National Geographic etc.

“This hotel is conveniently located, safe location, friendly staff, tidy, bright room with comfortable beds and free breakfast. You get a 20% discount on meals at the Chevy's across the street. Parking is free. My only complaints are that my room was on the ground floor with a window overlooking the parking lot and the channel selection on the TV was very Fox News. Nothing educational like PBS or National Geographic or even the weather channel.”

• It was close to where we wanted to be.
• Two years ago we got this hotel for $49 and this year we had to pay $74.

“It is a small hotel. We like it because it is close to the area where we want to be. But I didn't like the fact that we had to pay nearly $30.00 more this year than 2 years ago.”

“Phone in room never worked. the front desk said they were going to repair, but never did. They failed on waking me up on time for work. Also room smelled and had bugs in it.”

• Very clean and great location next to shopping and restaurants
• the indoor pool was green and closed which was a shame because it was a hundred degrees out

• Location is near the freeway, shopping center, restaurants, gas station, clean beyond my expectations and a great continental breakfast. Great staff .
• None that stood out, the positives far outweighs the negatives

“The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, food, shopping mall and fuel. The rooms were spacious and well supplied with toiletries. Oh, the TV needs adjustment and maids were cordial. Would I stay at this hotel again, definitely yes. Even parking is very convenient, short walk to the lobby and no parking fee like other hotels.”

• I am a big fan of Fairfield Inns, and was not dissapointed with this one.
• Was a bit far from the location I originally wanted (20 miles), and price was high

“Hotel was Very good, just what I would expect from a Fairfield Inn. And the location was excelent near a mall and many restaurants and shopping centers.”

• We were greeted very warmly and the hotel was very accomodating.

“The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean and it was well staffed with an ironing board, iron, and coffee pot. The staff was very courteous and made us feel very welcome!”

• There is a new management team at the helm making all the difference. We stayed last year and it was awful!

“The new general manager is a "can do" person who understands customer service. The staff gets it, too. When we stayed at this hotel last year, it was horrible because of the arrogant general manager. It was an embarrassment to the Marriott family of hotels, but not now.Thank you.”

• Staff was helpful; nice pool; breakfast was good.
• Lack of dark shades in the room. Located near a mall and the lights from the parking light were annoying.

“Great place to stop if you are traveling (like we were.) Conveniently located near many restaurants that were within walking distance. Fairly new hotel.”

“I had a great deal of difficulty locating the Hotel. I finally telephoned them after searching for almost 1/2 hour. Other than that it was very nice and a bargain.”
