St. Cajetan's Church
May 4, 2010 by
Austin
from Lakewood
Overall Rating: 5
- Updated.
- Small bathrooms.
“The sanctuary is a very nice room with high cathedral ceilings and tall stain glass windows. It has a lot of engraved artwork and designs to accentuate the pulpit, and a choir balcony that has more carvings and a beautiful stain glass of the cross with a crown over it, surrounded by blue leaves, reminding you that Jesus is King of the world.”

Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls, & Toys

Overall Rating: 1
- The dolls looked pretty if I would have been able to view them.
- No photos allowed.
“If you are a photographer, do not plan to be welcomed here. They don't state on their site or bother to tell you until-after-you have paid the museum fee that photos are not allowed.”

Cheesman Park
May 4, 2007 by
Rick
from Denver
Overall Rating: 10
- The Natural beauty of the park; others are usually very friendly.
- As a park in the middle of a large city, you'll occasionally have the weirdo factor.
“Chessman park is one of those great places to go on an afternoon walk or a picnic lunch. The shops on the side streets near the park allow you to get something to eat or drink too, so you can be spontaneous about it. The pavilion on the hill is magnificent and the botanic gardens are just around the corner. I used to go there with my girlfriend; and it is a nice place for couples to spend time together outside but right in the middle of the city.”
